Meet Austin Reynolds

Austin grew up in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University. He returned to San Antonio to begin a career in commercial real estate investment management.

Married in 2012 to Kristin, together they are raising three amazing Dragons, Ryane (10) and Reid and Luke (8) who attend Rockenbaugh Elementary School where Kristin has volunteered with the PTO since 2020.

Austin and his family chose to make Southlake their home in 2017 because of the incredible community atmosphere, terrific schools, and low-density environment.

A twenty-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, Austin has managed operational budgets well into the hundreds of millions of dollars and has led in the transaction of more than $5 billion in asset value. He has been responsible for investing in and managing commercial assets throughout the United States as a fiduciary to institutional investors throughout the world.

Austin has served the community of Southlake since 2019 beginning as a youth Coach (current), Dragon Youth Baseball Board Member (current President), Zoning Board of Adjustment member (’19-’21), and currently serves on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
